Our Sales Department verifies your order. In case of any doubts, our sales representative will contact you and will correct or adjust the order, if needed.
By standard order we mean any order of products from our current STOLZEN Products Catalogue. Our sales department will provide you with an estimated date of your order completion.
We are also able to fulfil non-standard orders for elements not included in our catalogue. Such orders, prior to processing, require consultation with your client adviser and our technological department.
Non-standard orders are processed according to a timeline agreed individually with our clients.
Please note that non-trade clients interested in buying our products will be referred to our sales partners.
